How to Check Your Computer Performance Free?

PC Benchmarking gives you a well-defined overview of the internals on your PC. It’s quite important to know everything about your PC and it primarily dependent on six things:

  1. Clock Rate of the CPU
  2. Number of available calculation units
  3. Size and speed of the external buses
  4. Size of on-die caches
  5. Design of the CPU bus protocol
  6. Design of the CPU sub-architecture

the performance result also comes from these basic properties:

  1. Hard-Drive Performance
  2. RAM Size
  3. Processor Speed
  4. GPU performance

If you’re overclocking your computer or comparing it to another computer, benchmarking can help you translate your computer’s performance into numbers, And these numbers define the approximate performance of your pc. So let’s start to test your computer performance, follow the below methods:

Method 1: Using Performance Monitor:

Every Windows distribution has this handy built-in diagnostics tool. You can use Performance Monitor to view performance either in real-time or from a log file. You can also configure how the results are outputted so you can analyze the results.

You can take time to read them but if you can’t, the results of the diagnostics will provide you with just the information you need.

Method 2: Using the Windows Experience Index

What is the Windows Experience Index?

The Windows Experience Index measures the capability of your computer’s hardware and software configuration and expresses this measurement as a number called a base score. A higher base score generally means that your computer will perform better and faster than a computer with a lower base score, especially when performing more advanced and resource-intensive tasks.

So Let’s Start
